The XM community has really helped me learn about the immense potential the platform provides. It's a great forum to take on and discuss common challenges and figure out even more innovative solutions. It's great that the values and approach that people bring here are also very much aligned with our companies.The platform is always improving but I'd like to see more focus on improving native in app survey experience and processes as the customers of today, especially in our case, are more receptive to giving feedback on the fly on their phones, within the app.Also, I've learned to pick up skills that I otherwise wouldn't have even paid attention to i.e. javascript.Thank you for helping me grow!😊
