HTML code for an inline survey question to be distributed by a 3rd party CRM tool

Hi everyone!
I've got just 1 question of a survey that I'd like to embed in the body of my email invites out of Braze, a CRM tool. how can I code that question in, get the 'CTA' to end the survey and ensure that the response has been recorded without them opening the survey? Couldn't find any relevant posts 😞
Would really appreciate your help.

Spoke with the qualtrics support, unfortunately this is not possible.
