Hello everyone I need to import data within the "DATA & ANALYSIS" section, but this information is in Spanish, so it has accents and characters that do not exist in the English language. I have tried several ways to upload this information and none of them has been effective. 1. Upload file using TSV / CSV. When I import the information, the data is encoded as if it were HTML, that is, for example the letter á appears as & aacute; (Initially it seems fine, but the Data in the Dashboard appears in this way and when I come back and try to edit it in Data & analysis section it also appears encoded. 2. Upload information via legacy function. When I import it by this way everything loads well with the characters and accents, but the contact details (first name, surname, email ...) load as anonymous Can anybody help me?
Hi, I want to add Content validation on a field meant for a phone number. There is a phone number validation for "NL Phone number", but it does also suit for BE Phone numbers. However, the error message shown when you put in an invalid number, is then "Please enter a valid NL phone number". Is there any way to adjust the shown error message to just "Please enter a valid phone number"? I could use custom validation with a custom message, but the standard role does fit and it's hard to figure out what the standard rule looks like in the background, as both 0476111111 as +32476111111 are (correctly) valid.
Is there no way when one is generating a bar chart or breakdown bar to exclude 0 values / 0 value labels? Say I've asked what country users are in via a select option and want to do a visualization, but respondents only come from 20 or so of the ~200 countries in the world. Surely I don't have to hunt and peck through the alphabetical list for all the 0 values and exclude them manually. right? What am I missing?
I've tried several templates, but none of them are wide enough to show all response options across the page. I am pretty frustrated that you are only allotted a small portion of the screen to display your questions. I don't need the entire screen, but it would be nice to have an extra inch or two available. Is there a way to widen this response box using HTML coding or some other method?? !
We have a subject who was invited to participate in two different but identical 360 assessments in our account. (We set it up this way, because the second assessment is for reviewing progress. The first assessment stays open, because some people are still using that one.) In her portal, she accidentally invited her evaluators to the wrong assessment, and they completed it. What is the best way to transfer those responses to the other assessment? We don't mind doing manual data entry, if necessary. At first, we thought we would just add the evaluators and enter the data ourselves, but this would trigger email invitations to the evaluators who have already completed this task. We also considered adding the evaluators but using one of our email addresses, but weren't sure if this would confuse the system, since we are all existing users. Any other ideas or reassurances that one of these approaches would work?
From my understanding, someone who is being evaluated can log into their 360 account and see how many evaluations have been submitted/how many have not, and also have the option to send reminders. When I log in as a subject, I can't see this. Any tips as to why this would be? The subject doesn't have the option to nominate evaluators. Is this why the reminder button is not showing on the screen?
