Hello,I'd like to setup a few questions that would only display based on a specific date range. I have a survey that is being used to enroll students in a specific class. I would like to set this up so that a question displays within a certain range and could possibly overlap with the second question based on that question's date range.I've setup an embedded data field to capture the current date and it is working, but when I try to set display logic based on greater than or equal to the date range I want its not working. I have a feeling it has something to do with the format I'm putting the display logic in. If someone could take a look and give me some suggestions on this, that would be great. below is my embedded data field for the CurrentDate as well as the display logic for the questions.Thank you,Brian
Hello,I have two surveys for enrollment of a class on two separate campus's. We are seeing that some of the students are enrolling in the wrong campus due to them not clicking the link that their advisor has sent them, but rather another student has given them. What I would like to do is set it up so that there is one link that is distributed to the student and have the first question in the survey ask if what campus they are enrolling for. Then, based on their answer, they would be taken to the appropriate survey. I have multiple actions and triggers setup for each survey, and the questions differ slightly between the two survey's, so I'm hoping this would be the simplest solution, rather than having to add the questions and actions from survey 1 into survey 2. Any help on this would be great. Thanks,Brian
Hello,I have a survey that is setup to email an "approver" the link to the survey where they will finish the rest of the survey and then submit it. We're having an issue where the "approver" is not responding to the email in a timely manner. is there a way to set something up where a reminder email is sent out to have the "approver" respond to the email, or to just have the email sent again? Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks,Brian
Hello,Apologies if this has been asked before, but I have not found a way to get this to work yet. In my survey I have two parts, the first part goes to a student using an anonymous link. The student fills in their portion then completes the survey. When the student completes the survey I have an action setup to email the faculty member with the retake link. I have amended the retake link with the following at the end:"?Q_R=${e://Field/ResponseID}&Q_R_DEL=1&Approver=1" I was able to get this link to forward the faculty member directly to their portion of the survey ONCE and it hasn't worked since. I have a branch for the second block (the faculty portion of the survey) and have it set to display according to the embedded data field (screenshot)Any help on this would be great, since this is very frustrating knowing that I had this working once, but not since. Thanks,Brian
Hello,I am creating a survey where I would like one of the questions to be a drop down list containing names of faculty members. I would like to have the survey send an email to the faculty member that was selected from the list. I have a contact list setup containing the faculty members first and last names, along with their email address. This is my first experience creating a survey with qualtrics, and I have very little knowledge of scripting and other programming, but have become familiar with using the piped text and triggers. If anyone has any suggestions on how I can get this accomplished I would be extremely grateful. Please let me know if I can provide any more info to help get this done. Thanks,Brian
