Hello,Our company sends automated emails when customer tickets are closed. In that email, I would like to include an option to click a happy-face/frowning-face to indicate their satisfaction with the resolution. I do not want that click to result in navigation to a web survey. Simply to record the response in a survey results collectionCan anyone point me to an article about or share how they have accomplished this? Thanks in advance.Greg
Hello,I am researching the idea of implementing the B2B Command Center add-on. In the Qualtrics playbook I am reading it does not mention that this feature is specific to users with Salesforce as their CRM.
