Collecting customer sentiment via link in email - QUBIE

Hello,
Our company sends automated emails when customer tickets are closed. In that email, I would like to include an option to click a happy-face/frowning-face to indicate their satisfaction with the resolution. I do not want that click to result in navigation to a web survey. Simply to record the response in a survey results collection
Can anyone point me to an article about or share how they have accomplished this?
Thanks in advance.
Greg

These kinds of callbacks will be blocked by most email clients by default for security reasons.
You will need to open a webpage, even if it is to say Thank You for your Response!
