Hello,
I am researching the idea of implementing the B2B Command Center add-on. In the Qualtrics playbook I am reading it does not mention that this feature is specific to users with Salesforce as their CRM. Community postings here though DO refer to that feature as being specific to Salesforce.
Can anyone enlighten me to whether that is correct?
If yes, have others of you accomplished similar outcomes available through the Command Center through other means, workarounds, hacks, etc.?
