Hi - I am trying to pull just the year from the automatic date that the form was completed. I tried modifying the existing Survey Current Date option, but it didn't work.The built in code said : ${date://CurrentDate/DS} I changed it to : ${date://CurrentYear/DS}In my Survey Actions, I am sending an email, and I need just the current year put into an embedded field called YearThank you for your help!
Hi all - New to Qualtrics with no Javascript background!I have a question in my survey with 4 text boxes for entering email addresses. A user can fill in any number of the boxes, or none at all. On my survey response email, I have a line for "Additional Email Addresses for Distribution." When I use the Selected Choices option, it brings in all the options, but if someone only completed 1 or 2 emails, it lists the field names of the blank ones. (Example : x@abc.com, b@abc.com, Additional Email 3, Additional Email 4). I would like to have only the answered emails filled on the response. If a response was left blank, I would like it not entered on the response. Using my above example, I would like it to only show x@abc.com, b@abc.com in my response.Any help is appreciated - thank you!!!
Hi all - New to Qualtrics with no Javascript background!I would like to customize my survey response so that it doesn't show a question when the answer is No. In the screen shot below, the wording before the colon is fixed text in the survey response template. After the colon is the piped text response from the question. I want to hide the fixed text and piped text response for any question where the answer is No.I'd also like to replace the fixed text in the description of operations box section with piped text if the answer to a specific question is yes. Hello - I am very new to the Qualtrics platform. I am working on a survey form for my users to request a document of insurance coverage. There are 2 different types of certificates that can be requested - casualty and property. The user can request either of these or both of them. When we take the output and send it for processing, but the casualty request goes to one place and the property to another. I would like to have the casualty request completed and recorded, then the user be asked if they need to request a property certificate, and (if yes), have some of the information from the casualty section copied over/down, some specific property questions asked, then a property response be completed and recorded.I was thinking that maybe the web service section, where an email gets sent to the users who say they need a property certificate would work, but is there a way to have some information copied from the completed information sent with the email? Or is there a way to do this
