Don't display questions in survey response email when the selected answer is No

Hi all - New to Qualtrics with no Javascript background!
I would like to customize my survey response so that it doesn't show a question when the answer is No. In the screen shot below, the wording before the colon is fixed text in the survey response template. After the colon is the piped text response from the question. I want to hide the fixed text and piped text response for any question where the answer is No.
I'd also like to replace the fixed text in the description of operations box section with piped text if the answer to a specific question is yes.

    Instead of piping the response of the question, use branch logic to get the selected option, if yes then set an embedded data to "

  • Question Text - Yes
    • ", else leave that embedded data blank. Now pipe this embedded data in email.
