Hi Experts,I am new to qualtrics and exploring the API and webservice action and currently facing an issue. The scenario here is I have created 2 web service tasks under actions, the first webservice is an API call to "Get the distributionID of the survey", the response returns the distributionId. I am using this distributionId value in second webservice to retrieve generated links. First webservice works fine, but the issue is for the second webservice distributionId value is not being sent as expected.In first webservice, have added the response result.id which is the distributionId value under piped TextIn second webservice, have referred to the result.id response in API urlBut second webservice fails, with the following Task Output{ "name": "ACTIONS.ERROR_CODES.INTERNAL_ERROR", "message": "we need a path", "needRetry": true}I am not clear what path is it referring here. Hello all,I am new to Qualtrics and was looking on Survey - Survey Flow - Webservice option and had a few clarifications on this topic.So ideally I understand that this webservice element will be triggered only on accessing the survey link based on the placement of the webservice element in the survey flow. i.e. Survey first - Webservice call second.My scenario is vice versa of above one, where Webservice call is first and then later call the survey. To achieve this I have an external system that calls JSON Event on the Actions tab of survey to create a contact and create distribution and individual survey links to access survey using Qualtrics API.I am able to achieve this partially, but facing issue on how to send few response fields to external system API instead of sending the complete Qualtrics API response payload from Actions tab as I don't want to call the survey until the responses data is passed to external system.We have the option to fire and forget from survey flow - webse
Hello Community,I am aware that we can use the embedded data to capture the HTML on site, Value from JS, Referrer..etc when intercept logic is triggered and survey is being taken by user. But I wanted to understand, if there is a way to send/capture the website statistics/metrics from commerce website to Qualtrics before a survey is triggered based on intercept logic.Can we get the information from website on average cart value, whether or not they are a repeat visitor, page clicks and pass these information to Qualtrics and based on this information trigger the survey?Example,Survey should appear only when the cart is not empty. Question is how to send the cart regarding details to qualtrics. Do we have any option in qualtrics to get this value from commerce website and based upon that value we need to either show the survey or not. Hello,Referring the below link -Responsive Dialog CreativeI don't see the below 2 options while creating the creativeDisplay dialog after: The number of seconds after the user meets the intercept conditions (e.g., clicks into the app) that this dialog appears.Set timer to close dialog: Determine how long after the dialog appears that it should close itself. Deselect this option to force the user to close the dialog to remove it from the screen.Is there anyway to view these 2 options for this particular type of creative? Thanks!

Hello All,If we need to create and build our own web service that utilizes Qualtrics API's. What is the suggested approach to create own REST API web service call? Can we create using the Qualtrics developer portal? Is this the main purpose of this portal? Ideally I am not clear on what are the first steps that needs to be done on how to create our own web service by which we can utilize the Qualtrics APIs. Is it via any developer portal that qualtrics provides or is it in qualtrics sandbox - Is there any way to do so or SDK or any other way?Could you please give me directions and guide me here. Hello All,I am trying to trigger a JSON event with the JSON payload as below - { "contacts": [{ "lastName": "L1", "extRef": "'20'", "email": "a@test.com", "firstName": "A1", "phone":"'9876543210'" }, { "lastName": "L2", "extRef": "'21'", "email": "a2@test.com", "firstName": "A2", "phone":"'9876543200'" }]}Post this I am calling the Qualtrics Contact API webservice task to create contact but it fails as instead of sending one set of contact data, I am currently sending list of contact data.Is there any way to upload a list of contacts and create contacts in Qualtrics? Has anyone tried to upload similarly?Any help on how I can achieve this? Thanks!
