Hi, is there a way to track whether a participant logged into his/her portal during the nomination phase? I know how to export data to see if participants changed their evaluators list (i've pre-defined lists) but don't know what to think about unchanged lists (is it because the participant wishes to keep this list or is it simply because he didn't log in). Any insights on this? Thanks!
Hi Qualtrics community, So I'm trying to create a training questionnaire, to assess 50 competencies. The objective is for each participants to have a personal portal, where they can access a recap of their personal results, sorted by competency, as well as see their results compared, on an interactive interface. Participants would then be recommended content (like external articles) sorted by competencies. I'm trying the Research Core survey but it appears that it's not possible to create that personal portal for each participant (the survey is accessed via a link and results are shared by reports. It also seems that participants can't access the survey anymore once completed). I'm wondering if an Adhoc Survey from the EX licence could be a fit, any insight on this? Thanks! :)
Hi everyone, So when I send a Qualtrics invitation with the embedded login credentials, the recipient receives the user name but the password is encrypted, with a statement saying "omitted for privacy". Do you know if there's an option to show the password? The Admin -> Organization Settings -> Password category doesn't seem to allow it. Thanks for your time and answers.
Hi everyone, I'm currently working on a 360 project and can't seem to send & receive the simple survey invitation - I've got the right sender (me), recipients (which is my contact list, including myself) and content, but somehow when I send it neither I or my collegues recieve the invitation. It's not in spam and just doesn't appear anywhere. However, the Mail History shows that the mail has been delivered. Has anyone else encountered this issue and could enlighten me? Thanks a lot for your time!
