In the EX - Employee Engagement Project, I am looking to create a workflow that triggers an email to a particular employee group when a survey response is received. Unfortunately, when I attempt to filter the conditions, task, or email, it does not provide the proper metadata or embedded data that I need to identify the employee group. Does the EX Engagement Project workflows have the ability to filter down to specific metadata? I’d prefer not to create a separate embedded data field, since the field that I need is automatically within the employee file that we’re using. I’d appreciate any assistance or direction, thank you!
Hi all, We are working on building out a dashboard for some of our lifecycle surveys. Our stakeholders would like to have recurring updates of the data.Is there a way to automate the reports that are in the lifecycle project, similar to the functionality in this article: Scheduled Results-Reports Emails (qualtrics.com). This article shows that it is possible for every other XM product, except people. Even if we’re able to automate dashboard invites, with a link to the report template. Something that will ease the administrative burden of sending a report every week for multiple projects. Thank you in advance!
Hi! For our exit survey project, we have imported our participants' ages into Qualtrics. The age is shown as a single numerical value. For the dashboard, we would like to visualize the responses broken down by age range. I have created buckets in the "Data and Analysis" section to put the single age values into age ranges, but am not able to visualize those ranges in our dashboard. I would appreciate any assistance that could be provided, thank you!
