In the EX - Employee Engagement Project, I am looking to create a workflow that triggers an email to a particular employee group when a survey response is received. Unfortunately, when I attempt to filter the conditions, task, or email, it does not provide the proper metadata or embedded data that I need to identify the employee group. Does the EX Engagement Project workflows have the ability to filter down to specific metadata? I’d prefer not to create a separate embedded data field, since the field that I need is automatically within the employee file that we’re using. I’d appreciate any assistance or direction, thank you!

Hey @ShaylaH,I think I did not fully understand how you are managing your embedded data. But in order to apply any custom metadata conditions for specific workflow actions, they need to be defined in the survey flow. By default, only some standard fields are available.BestChristian
