We have figured out how to mask the email address when sending out surveys from Qualtrics, however, we have realized when we try to send emails WITHOUT a survey attached - it defaults back to the noreply@qualtrics.com - is there a way to change that to be the same as when we send out surveys? which is research@(ourcompany).com
We have a project coming up where a survey will be sent out to a list of contacts that we have stored in the directory, but the list will continue to grow after we send out the first survey. What is the best way to send that survey to NEW contacts when they are added to that same listing?
