https://www.qualtrics.com/community/discussion/6526/survey-on-mobileHello,Same issue here. The code did not help.Happy to hear about other solutions :)A.
https://www.qualtrics.com/community/discussion/comment/25999#Comment_25999Thanks Ana,Seems that it will duplicate all data and complicate the analysis.I might thus just keep it as it is. But thanks :)A.
Hi Tom,It's a 50 item scale.Thanks anyway for your help. I will keep it as it is, I guess.best,A.
https://www.qualtrics.com/community/discussion/comment/26000#Comment_26000I see. I'd love that, but I don't know JS :(A.
Hi,Thanks everyone I have sorted it myself.I had to duplicate each questions and decide whether they will be displayed only on mobiles or not.A bit tricky, but worked.Thank you so much!
https://www.qualtrics.com/community/discussion/comment/25982#Comment_25982I have tried that and added a block. However, I am not sure how to edit the questions in that block. Where can I find that option?Thanks
I will try to use the branch login, thanks :)
Hi,Thanks for pointing it out Tom!I try to reattach them here. So far I am using Bipolar scales on desktop and mobiles but I had to put the labels on top, as otherwise it looks horrible on mobiles. If I want to have labels on top only on mobiles - how do I do that?This is what I want on desktops:Instead of this:I had to go for the second option only to have it decent on mobiles. I was thus wondering whether I can have Likert scales (on mobiles only) as they look better or a bipolar scale with top labels (again, only on mobiles).Thank you!Alex
Hi everyone,These are the questions.I want to keep the desktop style on desktops and switch to Likert scales on mobiles as bipolar scales look awful.what I want on desktop:Instead of:Likert scales on mobiles look like the second pic above.Thanks,Alex
In case anyone has the same issue, this CSS sorted it:.Skin .q-matrix .answered-indicator span { font-size: 14px!important;}.Skin .q-matrix .table-cell { font-size: 18px!important;}
Hi, Thanks for answering. It does not work on Chrome, Opera, Mozilla, those that I tried. Seems iphones have issues with this as the system does not 'contain' the picture and ends up over zooming it. Even with smaller background was the same.This seems to have sorted it:body#SurveyEngineBody:after{ content:""; position:fixed; top:0; height:100vh; left:0; right:0; background: url(add) center center; -webkit-background-size: cover; -moz-background-size: cover; -o-background-size: cover; background-size: cover; background-repeat: no-repeat; background-position: left top;}
Here is the question I asked where I included all details:https://www.qualtrics.com/community/discussion/10287/how-can-you-centre-the-background-on-the-left-on-mobiles-see-preview#latest
Ok, where do I insert this in my script above? It's one of my pics that I uploaded to the library so I assume I will copy that url in there.Will that resize and centre specifically on the left on iphones? I assume I need to keep the CSS I did developed as that one seems to work on all phones but iphones...Sorry I am real dumb at this :)
Hi, Thanks for that. The picture I use makes no difference :/ . It does not automatically adjust. It centres on the middle and looks overly zoomed in. I have tried different CSS but need some help :(A.
Hi, sorry I am new to Qualtrics, where do you enter that CSS?
