Since you mentioned you want the respondents to go back to the previous block(lets assume block 1) if they answered incorrectly.So you can copy the block 1 after the four questions(lets assume block 2) and add a display logic(branch condition in Survey flow) based on the options selected in block 2.This is the easiest way you can handle this problem.
Yes, you can do this.All you need to do isAdd a text entry question or form field question(where respondents will enter their texts).Click on the question texts where you want the selected options to be displayed.Pipe in the entry value. (Piped text--> Survey Question--> Select the question from which you want the options to display--> select the option field.Thank you.
