You can use query string on the 2nd survey link for the answers you're interested in from the first survey. You can customize the end of survey element so the respondents are redirected to the 2nd survey using the link containing query strings. The embedded data fields in survey flow can capture the values from corresponding fields in the 2nd survey's URL. From this point on, continue using branch logic to route respondents to different questions based on the above mentioned embedded data field values.
Deleting distribution history should have likely done the trick However, please submit a ticket to QSupport so the team can access the dashboard to review the backend for a better evaluation. In the meantime, for a quick fix. You can try filtering page with 'Email Sent Time' on page level. This would work more accurately if at least the test distribution and live distribution dates do not coincide.
From permissible data volume perspective: The number of fields does not matter as long as the size of the file you want to import if 100mb or lesser.Branch Logic only works for preview or live response taken via survey link. In case of responses imported (manual import or automated) the qualifying fields should be pre-populated in the file you want to import.
Hi,Yes, you can share a dashboard link. Once the user logs in with the credentials he/she would land into dashboard page directly.Exporting Data from CX Dashboards - Qualtrics SupportHowever, please ensure to use a valid email address for the user account. Thanks,Deb
Hi,Count in the denominator of the custom metrics only gives you the no. of submitted responses. So, the custom metrics with that as base would not lead to correct calculations. If you've collected data via email distributions you should consider using the Distribution Table Widget (https://www.qualtrics.com/support/vocalize/widgets/other-widgets/distributions-table-widget/) or Distribution Reporting (https://www.qualtrics.com/support/vocalize/widgets/distribution-reporting/). If you're using anonymous link to collect data, provided you're aware of the maximum achievable sample size (for example, only 1000 employees have access to the single link) you can add an embedded data (say, maxsample or denominator - as you prefer) and assign the value you'd expect (=1000 going by the example). Here, (Count/maxsample)*100 is (completes/maxcompletes)*100. You might also want to be careful with Survey Started as embedded data with anonymous links. The metadata captured by Qualtrics is Survey Meta
Hi, There is a simpler solution to this one. A javascript know-how can be omitted if you simply want to see the questions in the pop-over itself. To-dos are as below: 1. You must have the questions handy in the form of a Qualtrics Survey. I have created a sample survey of one question, and named it as 'Pop-over test question'. 2. Next, I created a Website/App Feedback project and named it as 'Popover test'. 3. Followed by designing my pop-over creative containing 3 elements - text box, close button, and embedded target. The embedded target only decides the position of your target (in this case, the qualtrics survey). 4. In the Intercepts tab, I go ahead with creating an action set to select the creative to show, and the target survey - 'Pop-over test question'. As I have embedded the target inside the creative, it should appear inside it; otherwise if I use 'Link to Intercept's Target' it should redirect me to the survey once I choose to proceed and not hit the close (X) button. 5.
Hi Terri - You can avail of the order of appearance of blocks and question choices across variables Block Randomizer - Display Order and Display Order - _question text_ in the data export. These variables display the labels if you select 'Use numeric values' or codes if you select 'Use choice text' while exporting the data. However, you must be very sure to select 'Export viewing order data for randomized surveys', before you are able to download what you need. Once you have the order, you might want to rename the display order variables (for simplicity), and as there would be only a finite set of combinations of the order display - you can add in a variable tagging these (in the data export) and uploading/importing the updated data set, else, you can perform the tagging step in Data & Analysis section as well. Of course, whatever you choose to do - just double check to keep the Response_ID field intact when uploading the revised data file. You can visit below link for more informati
