Hi Sachin, It’s not from the directory is custom text values of custom embedded data added as part of the survey flow before any of my question blocks. The survey pertains to courses, and I wanted to add the course name in using piped text. I did distribute one email to myself and the value did not appear in the message, nor did the piped text code. This process works when I have an survey response set to trigger invitation to a follow up survey, but I believe it is because the recipients have already completed an initial survey. Thanks.

Thanks so much. We’ve set single contact lists for each survey, though I am wondering about the wisdom of that.

Tom! thank you. For future knowledge, I am assuming the 0 before the closing parenthesis refers to the number of places after the decimal. Is that correct? Thanks again.
I am thankful for all of the great KB articles that the Qualtrics team makes available. I’ve been able to get very far on some complicated use-cases thanks to them. I’m also thankful for this community forum as I’ve had some great help from folks here, too. Hopefully next year I can be thankful that I have helped someone else. 😀
