This is great!! Will these events be recorded and accessible afterwards?
@Monko - Did you verify that the user account that you’re using to map the data is either the owner of the digital project or a user can manage the digital project? That’s the reason I wasn’t originally seeing the digital projects appear under External Data Sources!
Hi @AmaraW - I wanted to resurface this thread and check in on this feature and see if you had any updates on this feature. I’ve done a review of the roadmap as well as the product notes & QPreview emails and haven’t been able to find any details on this. Would you be able to provide an ETA or any other details on the rollout of the inclusion of website feedback statistics in CX dashboards? Thanks!
Hi @ArunDubey - I’m working on this same use case and have attempted to implement the below code into our code snippet before the /script tag as you had noted: jQuery(function(){ // Check if the element with ID "EndofSurvey" exists if (jQuery("#EndOfSurvey").length > 0) { // If "EndofSurvey" is present, trigger a click event on the element with ID slider-control-SI_9oFsMPER34IurT8 jQuery("#slider-control-SI_9oFsMPER34IurT8").trigger('click'); }}); I am using the slider creative and modified the code slightly because this digital program does not have a submit button. The code is currently not working as intended. When inspecting, I see the following error in the console Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not definedDo you have any advise on how I can resolve this? Thank you for all of the information so far!
