CX Dashboards

  • Digital Program Data as a CX Dashboard Source: You can now visualize data from your digital programs, such as Page Views, Impressions, and Clicks, within CX dashboards. This allows for a holistic view of the health of your digital programs, with operational and experience data in one place.

Good morning, this feature sounds like one we’ve like to make use of and a really handy one to add to the platform.

However, we are not able to see our Website / App Feedback Project listed under ‘External Data Sources’ and do meet all of the criteria required on that particular documentation page.

Before raising a support ticket we just wanted to ask if there was some delay in pushing this update live, or another reason this may not yet be available?

@Monko This update should be live - I recommend reaching out to our support team so they can investigate your particular situation!

@Monko - Did you verify that the user account that you’re using to map the data is either the owner of the digital project or a user can manage the digital project? 

 

That’s the reason I wasn’t originally seeing the digital projects appear under External Data Sources!
