Thanks all for the replies and efforts. I checked and all the settings are proper and correct.The issue turned out to be some Qualtrics server settings. The current survey had around 4 lac distribution links generated to be sent through email.It was flagged down as some server load issue which they in-turn deactivated the survey.I’m in touch with the qualtrics team for a solution. Also any of you guys faced similar issue?
Hi Umang,Thanks for the response. But Im not getting options to edit as per t]your above suggestions.All i get is to create single choice qns.Is there any settings that I need to do prior?. Also is the above suggestions based on the new Qualtrics Ticketing feature “Use Qualrics Survey Editor to create follow-up qns”. Im not getting this options too in my UI. Attaching the ss. Do advice. Hi @Sachin Nandikol,The overall filter too results in day wise cuts. Its not week wise or month wise comparison (group by). Thank you so much for trying it out.
Hi Sachin, Thank you for your response. but its same as applying filter on an individual widget, the response cuts are still day wise.I want this filter(below pic) on overall level (as yours) or on individual widget. The client wants to see week wise , month wise etc. as per their filter selection.
