OK, I have some code that will work for you, but the right-side values will only update after you click somewhere *on the question.* Hitting enter, clicking elsewhere on the page, etc will not update the values on the right. For example, if someone where to enter a value and not click another choice entry box, then nothing would happen. However, to compensate for the fact that it will not auto-update the right column values, I added a safety measure so that whenever the "next" button is clicked, it will force one more update of the right column values. I wanted to explain this thoroughly so you can explain to others if there are questions. On to the code! When you go to add the code to the question, please first remove ALL of the template they provide, then paste the large codeblock at the bottom of this comment. Can you provide a screen shot of how you have it set up? I can likely help, but I'd need to replicate the survey question in order to write the code.
I tried it here: https://api.qualtrics.com/v3/reference/create-mailing-lists and it worked for me. I created a test group and test group library, and it was successful. Also, I created a category label and created a folder.!

Well, I actually kept researching and it looks like "category" is not the same as "folder" since when you use the API to list Mailing lists, they show up separately. For example: "libraryId": "UR_1234567890AbCd2", "id": "ML_1234567890AbCd2", "name": "Empire Manifest", "category": null, "folder": "Sample Folder" However, the link that I provided doesn't designate "folder" as a parameter during Mailing List creation. It may be worth trying to set the "folder" parameter during the ML creation anyway.
If you have a Group folder, you should be able to reference that folder at the time of the list creation, per this link here: https://api.qualtrics.com/v3/reference/create-mailing-lists I think there is a bit of disconnect between the word "folder" and "library" in the API and in the browser UI. A support rep should confirm, but I believe a Group folder in the browser UI is actually a Group Library ID in the API. And the folder name in the browser UI is the Category in the API. I would also avoid JQuery unless you're 100% sure that it works. I'm not well versed in the differences, but since the official documentation is written for JS, I would just stick with that.
My first question, why are you creating the 'that' var? I could be wrong, but it doesn't look necessary. Even though JS should create an exact copy of the same data type, maybe it isn't. Perhaps there are some private non-inheritable traits that are not getting assigned to the new var and it is causing the connection with the API to time out.

Sending out the retake survey would be nice, but it is a lot more work to go pull out the individual link for each respondent. If you have a list of the incomplete surveys, you may be better off to just send them a new email distribution. **Note that the new distribution cannot have the same subject and body of the original distribution (Qualtrics will not resend due to their anti-spam policy).
There are lots of different ways to collect availability. I would say that a text box would be the least preferred option, since you're likely to receive a lot of different formats. You could make a grid like the one seen on this page: https://www.qualtrics.com/community/discussion/1417/how-to-create-a-limited-response-schedule-sign-up The rest of that post might not be relevant, but you could use that grid as a template. Or you could do multiple choice. Even a calendar. Depends on what type of availability you need.
