I know that certain packages of Qualtrics has the ability to map survey responses to Standard Salesforce Objects. Does there exist any Qualtrics package (if budge is not a constraint) that can map survey responses to ANY (Standard and/or Custom) Salesforce Object?Alternatively, does anyone here who uses Salesforce, know if an API call can be made from Qualtrics to Salesforce? Specifically, when a survey response is recorded, is there a way to map that response to a Custom Salesforce Object?Thank you in advance for your help (even if the answer is a no 🙂)!!
Hello community!I have come across a road block in a survey design that baffles me. I have a Matrix Table set up with two scale points and five statements. The five statements are mutually exclusive, meaning if a respondent selects one statement, the others cannot be selected. The respondent should select one statement for each scale point. The business user has requested that I made this question mandatory. The image below shows the design. When the survey is launched, even if the respondent selects one statement for each scale point, an error is thrown saying no selection was made. The image below shows this -I am at a loss as at this behavior. Any insight anyone can provide on this would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
I have a survey out that currently has 123 Recorded Responses and 9 Responses in Progress. Out of the 123 Recorded Responses, 18 are responses that are incomplete (i.e. Partial Completions). My question is why are these 18 responses included in the Recorded Responses bucket instead of the Responses in Progress bucket? What is the criteria which determines which Partially Completed response falls in which bucket? Here's what I've looked at to determine if there is a pattern - Last ActivitySurvey Start DateLast Question AnsweredProgress percentagePartial Completion RuleNone of this has given me any indication of a standard pattern. The Partial Completions seem to randomly fall into one bucket or the other. I have also gone over several articles in the community to look for a pattern and have not found any.I would greatly appreciate it if someone can help me figure this out. Thank you!
