Good morning!I have a survey with the Response Summary option open and it had been working just fine until now. When the survey ends, respondents can click the Download PDF button, open or save the PDF file of their responses. Except now we are getting this warning:I've tried:saving it/downloading it and then reopening ittrying to open it with Adobe Reader v Adobe Acrobat 2020recreated a new survey with the Response Summary option set up (the original survey was at least a year old)nothing has worked. Anybody experience the same thing or run into this issue? Thank you!
I have a user who is looking to hide/display blocks of questions based on date parameters. I'm sure this is possible, but I'm having a hard time working it out in my head. Anyone have any suggestions?
So, I'm setting up a survey to use for registration that will have functionality to add them to a contact list when they register and then, if they've already registered, it will branch and say, "Thanks for playing" (or something like that 😉 ) I've set up a Contact List Trigger, but am struggling with getting my Authenticator to work. Here's what my survey flow looks like: ! In going through my previews to test, after I've responded that I will attend and use the same email (over and over), when I submit, I get a login screen to enter my email address. Here's my CL Trigger: ! I feel like I'm so close...it's frustrating. I also feel like this should be basic stuff, but, gah!!! Help, geniuses!! :)
Has anyone ever had the following issue: A customer has an email trigger set for a survey that gathers a good bit of ED. The trigger itself is very straightforward, no fancy logic - just a simple email sending the survey response to the person that needs to see it. They are getting the following highlighted artifacts in their email when they receive it: ! I checked the email trigger for her and it looks completely fine. Any thoughts on what might be causing this info to dump into the email? I've never seen this before, but don't have a lot of personal experience (I'm a BA) with the email triggers since I don't have my own surveys that require them. Thanks, Gurus!
We have a user who has a 90 question survey with some branching logic in it that he has uploaded to an iPad using the Offline App. It's a survey on where landscaping or parking lot deficiencies are found and when the workers bring the iPad back after reviewing the sites, the data is automatically uploaded. We've troubleshot the question types (multiple choice, some heat maps), his app setup, etc, etc. The issue we're running into is that NONE of the data is showing up. We get an Error Retrieving Data and the Recorded Responses shows Unavailable (16). It won't even show test responses we generate from a laptop. Any ideas? Are there limits on the number of questions an Offline App survey can have? We're stumped.
Hey gurus! I'm _thisclose_ to knowing the answer to a question one of clients here on campus asked, but just can't pull it out of my hat. We have a department that uses a survey for students in a particular course group to request tutoring assistance. It is sent out via an anonymous survey link and not via a contact list because students can use it multiple times during a semester. The students in the course group are known. What the client would like to do is be able to pull some embedded data into the data set from a contact list when the student completes the survey (class, gender, group number, etc). Our idea was to have them enter their university email address in a survey question and link it somehow to the contact list so the appropriate ED fields can be pulled in. Anyone have any ideas on how to do this that doesn't involve Javascript or something "fancy"? I continually struggle with embedded data for some reason and am trying to work out in my head how to do this! Help! 
After networking with many other academic brand administrators at X4, we've been trying to work out a way to stay in touch with each other. Not wanting to recreate the wheel or use a listserv, would it be possible to upgrade the Notifications so that it's possible to follow a certain category? I'm thinking that if we could set it up so we can follow and be notified on specific categories, like the Brand Administrator category, it would be a great way for us to stay in touch without having to login to the Community every day. Nothing against the Community - you know I love it - but out of sight, out of mind too frequently, you know? Thoughts?
I have a faculty member who has a survey where she has been exporting her data to figure the mean of the responses of 4 questions. Basically a mean of means for these 4 q's. I feel like this should be possible within Qualtrics or StatsIQ, but after digging around for quite a bit, can't figure it out. Can someone give me some direction? She's been using Excel to do this after exporting the data, but it'd be great if she could just create this within a custom Report or a StatsIQ report. Thank you!
I have a department that wants to create a single response report for their survey respondents, but also want the final descriptive text question to be included in the report. Is there a way to do this? I'm not finding any customization options for it.
We have a department that has started using Qualtrics for their student evaluations. Because they've just started and were doing it manually, they did a survey for each course. The survey is the same, but with a different course name. Is there a way to create a report template that can be applied to surveys with the same questions? He has 27 surveys (again, all the same questions) and it sure would save some time to be able to use a template to create the report as he needs to see it across the surveys.
