Hi,I have 2 groups of blocks: a group "A" with 36 blocks from which I randomly choose 10 blocks to present to a participant and other group "B" with 72 blocks from which I also randomly choose 10 blocks to present to a participant. The problem is that when I randomize this 2 groups the platform is presenting to a participant 10 group A blocks together and 10 group B blocks together, although it changes the group order between participants, but I want that the 20 blocks presented to a participant be randomized between groups A and B (for instance: A1, B3, B4, A9, etc.) .Can someone please help me how to do this taking into account that I know nothing about programming and that this is the first Qualtrics survey that I developed? I would really need your very urgent help please.
I have 2 groups of blocks: a group "A" with 12 blocks from which I randomly choose 3 blocks to present to a participant and other group "B" with 6 blocks from which I also randomly choose 3 blocks to present to a participant. The problem was that when I randomized these 2 groups the platform was presenting to a participant 3 group A blocks together and 3 group B blocks together, although it changed the group order between participants, but I want that the 6 blocks presented to a participant be mixed between groups A and B (for instance: A1, B3, B4, A9, etc.) With the help of ahmedA, I created a branched survey with embedded counters that almost works, mixing blocks from each group. The problem now is that whenever the counter of A (or B) reaches the limit of 3, if the randomizer chooses another A (or B), the survey ends even if it didn't reach 6 blocks in total, that is, even if B (or A) didn´t reach the limit of 3, instead of moving to another group. I'm sending you a simplified QSF (
Hi!In my survey, besides the demographic information and the instructions, I have 108 blocks of which only 20 are randomly shown to each participant (10 from a 36 blocks group and 10 from a 72 blocks group). However, the Qualtrics progress bar shows progress assuming all 108 of those blocks, and that confuses participants, as either it doesn't move for a while or at certain points it moves to rapidly. Can anyone help me on this, please? It is my first survey, so I dont' understand nothing about user programming. Thanks
