Hi all,I running a survey with an anonymous link that is implemented on a website.Respondents need to fill in their ID, phone number, email etc.I've created the following response mapping workflow:newly created response trigger upsert objectI'm searching if this contact exists in SFDC by phone number. If he exists I update some fields. If he does not exist I'm creating new contact and update fields. Then I want to retrieve the contact ID from the previous step. I know it is possible to use the WebService task to retrieve information from SFDC. Basically, I want to retrieve the contact ID that was found/created in the previous step.Does anyone familiar with the specific API request I need to call to get this info? Should I make a request from the SFDC server or I can get this information from the response mapping output? Thanks!Hadar
Hi all,I'm implementing an embedded feedback intercept and wonder whether it's possible to customize the intercept.Specifically, I'm interested in the following flow:"Was this helpful?" question is constant in the website footer with Yes/No buttons. If the customer press no, then a pop-up with open text appears in the middle of the screen. This is different from the regular solution of the embedded feedback intercept that opens the open text box inside the footer.Any ideas? Thanks!Hadar
Hi,I'm working on finding key drivers using the stats IQ regression model. I wondered how the software calculates categorical parameters (e.g., Department) as predictors for numerical output (e.g., Overall CSAT). As far as I know, predictive parameters (inputs) in linear models must be either interval/ratio measurement scales or dummy variables.Does Stats IQ automatically code categorical variables into dummy variables in the regression model? Thanks for the help!
