Hi,
I'm working on finding key drivers using the stats IQ regression model. I wondered how the software calculates categorical parameters (e.g., Department) as predictors for numerical output (e.g., Overall CSAT).
As far as I know, predictive parameters (inputs) in linear models must be either interval/ratio measurement scales or dummy variables.
Does Stats IQ automatically code categorical variables into dummy variables in the regression model?
