Using Pop up in embedded feedback intercept

Hi all,
I'm implementing an embedded feedback intercept and wonder whether it's possible to customize the intercept.
Specifically, I'm interested in the following flow:
"Was this helpful?" question is constant in the website footer with Yes/No buttons.
If the customer press no, then a pop-up with open text appears in the middle of the screen.
This is different from the regular solution of the embedded feedback intercept that opens the open text box inside the footer.
Any ideas?
