I have inputted a slider question into my survey, I was hoping somebody would have some innovative ways to display the results within a dashboard?
I want my survey to finish with a relatively open ended question where customers can respond should they wish. I would like the SMS survey to close after 4 hours without contacting the customers again - is this possible?
I am wanting to display some headline statistics on a dashboard hosted in the kiosk mode, however the current reporting isn't as eye catching as I would hope. The main things I want to show is an average satisfaction score (ranging between 1-5) and some verbatim customer commentary. I am also unable to change the background colour of the graphs/ charts from white to blend in with the overall kiosk background - any tips or advice on reporting styles and colour changes would be great!
