Can you send out an SMS survey without an end message showing?
I want my survey to finish with a relatively open ended question where customers can respond should they wish. I would like the SMS survey to close after 4 hours without contacting the customers again - is this possible?

Hey @Liz_Arm2092! Check out this page about setting partial complete settings to 4 hours. Once the response is recorded after those 4 hours, the survey taker will not receive a notification or end of survey message _unless_ they respond. +43You can do this by setting survey expiry date in survey options.
