Hi. Apparently this is a recent update. There are now link visibility permissions required to share previews of a survey project, including when you share an invitation or reminder you have set up to a contact list, etc. This is really the only way I have traditionally shared previews, mainly to make certain the invitation and reminder were properly set up, in addition to using the preview myself to make certain the project was set up correct. The default setting for preview link permissions is brand internal, so anyone the preview is shared with will be required to log in in order to access the previwe link. This setting can be changed to public. The project needs to be previewed from the builder, then the link visibility permissions can be changed under the Share Preview tab. I discovered this completely by accident. I had a couple of chat sessions with Qualtrics support and learned that this was a relatively recent change and not really promoted or publicized to users or brand mana
We have a survey project using 5 scoring categories. We have display logic set up based on the embedded data using the score of each of the 5 categories. However, we would like to be able to use the overall master score/sum total of each of the 5 individual scoring categories in the logic. I think other users would find this useful, tool Please comment with your agreement or other solutions you have used.Right now my workaround may be to create a sixth scoring category which combines the response from all of the items.
Hey, I am trying to replicate the report below, which I have been using from classic reports for a long time. I cannot produce it. I can get the percentages in by changing the metric in the overall settings, but the only way to get row totals to appear is to change the metric for the individual table to Choice count, select table totals row totals then enable percentages--but then both the choice counts and the percentages appear in each cell. The table produced by the classic reports, shown below, was much cleaner and preferable. My results when not using classic reports end up more like example 2 below. I still try & use classic reports but find it very unstable and unreliable. Anyone know any tricks? Thank you. ! Example 2 !
I am curious what other Qualtrics researchers experience has been with compliance with GDPR. Especially researchers in North America. Do you universally include questions in your projects to comply with GDPR?
