I am curious what other Qualtrics researchers experience has been with compliance with GDPR. Especially researchers in North America. Do you universally include questions in your projects to comply with GDPR?
Hi JC_FAU, I'm based in North America and have looked into GDPR compliance for my company. As the penalties of failing to comply are quite stiff, I make sure to fully comply with the GDPR for all research projects which might have respondents who reside in the European Union. If the project should only include non-E.U. residents, then I focus on our internal standards. Cheers, Elliot V.W.
