Based on how a respondent answered a conjoint block, can I display their ideal choice? We are testing disability plan changes and we want to understand their preference for their current disability plan (for the current cost they pay for all their employees) over their ideal choice after they go through the conjoint. Their cost would be specific to them, based on the number of employees they have on the plan so we would need to use embedded data and probably scoring to display the correct cost. Is there a way to do this?
Help! We have our integration with Marketo set up. We have the unique URLs in Marketo as a Lead Field. We are wanting to send an email with an inline question. How do we edit the HTML. We have it working without the inline question. Can anyone provide guidance?
I've uploaded data a bit and have never had an issue. Today I went to upload data and it came in as Chinese. I uploaded an English CSV file with multiple columns/rows and it read it as Chinese with 1 cell. I've recreated the file from new to make sure the original was not corrupted. Before I call Customer Support I wanted to see if anyone else has had this issue. I'm hoping for a simple solution.
We are improving our contract with Qualtrics and adding the Marketo integration. I've read the documentation on how to complete this on the website and it feels pretty straight forward. Has anyone completed this in-house, without using a third-party implementation specialist? How feasible will this be?
We survey our members on a semi-annual basis to understand how we are performing and where are our gaps in what they need from us. However, we only have 40% of their email addresses. We do have 100% of their mailing addresses. I have been playing around with the idea of creating a paper survey, that mirrors our online survey to reach out to those missing members. Does anyone have experience with this that could provide some tips?
