Hi, Not sure if this is possible, but thought I’d ask! If we have a question that is placed near / at the end of any given survey, is there any way to randomise the location of the question to appear in a different part of the survey i.e. Respondent 1 sees Question as the 8th question in the surveyRespondent 2 sees Question as the 1st question in the survey? Wanted to know if there’s any way to achieve this without basically having 2 versions of the same Q, one set at the beginning and the other at the end of the survey. Question randomisation within a block won’t work as we don’t want to fully randomise the location of the Q, it either has to be at the front or end of the survey, nowhere inbetween. Thanks
Hi, Not sure if this is possible, but looking to set up randomisation in a block, but with a custom display %. We currently have a block at the front of a survey that contains 2 questions, and 2 pieces of static information (research T&Cs and Privacy notice). The 2 questions are currently being randomised using the native block randomiser to display evenly to each respondent. In reality, we need Q1 to be shown to 80% of respondents, Q2 to 20%. Aware you can set custom values within the native randomiser, but these are based on counts and not %. Ideally looking for an unmonitored solution as this would be utilised across around 20 surveys. Not sure if the above is even possible with blocks, but thought I’d ask! Thanks
Hi, I'm wondering if anyone knows of a way to filter out blank responses from a Record Grid by way of filters, or some other method? I have a record grid where i'd like to hide any rows of data where there is no response to a certain verbatim question. Creating a filter with the verbatim field only allows me to filter by keyword, but I don't know if there's any way to engineer filtering verbatims that are not blank? It would be preferable if this could be done in dashboard via filters, but if there's some other method to achieve the same result i'd be keen to hear. Thanks
Hi, We're in the process of setting up a Vocalize Dashboard to report our headline measures from a number of surveys. The key measure we report for each business is a 3 month rolling NPS which, for the most part, are calculated as a weighted sum between 2 surveys. i.e. Survey 1 (NPS * 75%) + Survey 2 (NPS * 25%). Getting this to work in Custom Metrics is easily done, but we need to try and work in some 3 month rolling metric into this. i.e. For January to date perform this calc Survey 1 (NPS * 75%) + Survey 2 (NPS * 25%) for the timeframe of November, December and January to date. OR Once we get to February, perform this calc Survey 1 (NPS * 75%) + Survey 2 (NPS * 25%) for November, December and January. Once we move in to March, perform the calc for December, January and February, and so on. I'm aware you can do either of the above by filtering the metric or table in question by date to show these results in isolation, but we want to be able to a trend table, showing 3mth
