We are using Qualtrics to schedule exams for students with disabilities at our Uni and since 8/22/22, I have imported a new contact list from a CSV file that is generated by another database to Qualtrics and deleted the old contact list almost every day. It worked great until after the update last week now we get the attached error, it only imports about 170 of the 850 or so contacts successfully. Anyone else having contact list issues since the update or ideas on how to start troubleshooting?
I have next to zero coding skills, I had an employee who applied some Java that magically removed the empty rows from a survey item but he quit now I need to do this again and I tried to use his code but it is cutting out the first row which is no bueno. Anyway, I would be eternally grateful if somebody can help. I have attached a lovely sreenshot.Cheers!rON badJava.pdf
Hello, I'm in need of sage advice once again the community has been so helpful and patient with a newbie like me! I am trying to incorporate this little calculator ihttps://code.mathforge.org/ExtraTimeCalculator/ into my survey so I can use it to help faculty accommodate students who need more time on tests. I want to use the output as embedded data but so far the only way I am able to make it work on my survey is with this, but it will not let me create embedded data from the result: <iframe src="https://code.mathforge.org/ExtraTimeCalculator/" height="385" allowTransparency="true" frameborder="0" scrolling="no" style="width:100%;border:none;"></iframe> Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Hi, I am using a survey to schedule appointments but I want to keep respondents from scheduling anything sooner than 5 days in advance. I didn’t see a way to do this without custom code and don’t know how to code it myself sadly..
I have a custom End of survey message that I pipe some unique text from each respondent to and I would like to be able to keep a copy of this. But when I export all the responses or individual ones to PDF I get everything except the end of survey a message. Is there a way to capture this message or does have to be a new feature?
Hi, I am using a survey to schedule appointments and want to have an email trigger that sends out a reminder 48hrs before the appointment. Support told me the only way to do that is to set up a quota for each and every day we would have appointments (roughly 300 days a year) then the email trigger would send when there were appointments on those dates. Does that sound right? Not really practical to set up 300 quotas. They said it might be possible to write Java Code to do this but I barely know enough to cut and paste Java into my questions (I got a custom calendar to work, yay.) Any help would be greatly appreciated!
