We are using Qualtrics to schedule exams for students with disabilities at our Uni and since 8/22/22, I have imported a new contact list from a CSV file that is generated by another database to Qualtrics and deleted the old contact list almost every day. It worked great until after the update last week now we get the attached error, it only imports about 170 of the 850 or so contacts successfully.
Anyone else having contact list issues since the update or ideas on how to start troubleshooting?

What error codes/details are contained in the report?
Most likely there is invalid or missing data in the list, but that's just a gut feeling.
