Hi everyone! I understand from Qualtrics support that it is POSSIBLE to embed the first survey question into an email that is NOT generated through Qualtrics. But they won't tell me how :) Has anyone done this, and if so - can you please share how? Thank you!
Hi everyone! Our organization is going down the path of exploring how to share insights on a more systematic level across the company. The key objectives are to create a common understanding of our consumers and marketplace, and to humanize our consumers, so that ultimately we are creating better products and services. Does your organization do this effectively? Specifically, how are insights shared, how often, in what format? I'd love to hear what works well and what doesn't. Thank so much for your ideas!
Hi everyone! I know there is standard logic to displace a pop-up based on whether a survey was taken in the past, but is there a work-around to actually base it on a specific answer that this person gave to a past survey? Thank you!
Hi everyone! I'm testing a product concept, and the last sentence is a randomly presented statement out of 8 possible ones. Is it possible to present that last statement on the same page as the original concept text? Currently, it's showing on the next page, presumably because it comes from the random block. Thank you!
Hi guys - I've got a pretty complex survey with lots of branches based on embedded variables. Is there a smart way of testing this through preview, or do I need to use a live link and delete cookies after each time? Thanks!
Hi guys - I'm creating an 'intent to exit' intercept, and I know that this feature does not work on mobile devices. Does that mean that the intercept just won't show up on mobile devices or does it present itself differently? OR do I need to create an intercept for each device type (mobile and non-mobile)? Thanks!
Hi everyone - We're just starting out with Site Intercept, and one of the challenges we are working through is the fact that we can't automatically pull in customer database variables into Site Intercept responses (like we could with emailed surveys). We can pull in the ID and other web/Adobe Analytics variables, and then append data on the back end. Has anyone successfully automated this process? Is it easy to manually import additional fields and append those to completed surveys?
Hi everyone - We're using a Qualtrics survey as a means to collect customer information on Social Media (customers want to talk to us on social media, we send them a link to the secure survey where they can provide their info off line and we can call them back). I want to update the OG tags of the Qualtrics link to something more friendly than what it says now (I think it literally populates as "Qualtrics Survey" and then a blurb about Qualtrics). Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks!
Hi everyone - I've been struggling to get this to work... On a daily basis, I send out an automatic report through Qualtrics with all of the 'passive feedback' comments from our website visitors. The report is in CSV (it has to be, because it has to be a long-long table). One of the fields is the TeaLeaf session ID, which most of the time is a long string of numbers, but sometimes letters are also included. When there are only numbers in the session ID, the ID gets turned into scientific notation in the CSV report, and there's nothing that I've tried so far that gets it to present correctly. Reformatting the column into numbers literally changes some of those numbers (see example below). Importing the CSV into Excel (using the Data Tab/From Text CSV) does not fix this problem. There is no problem with Session IDs in trigger emails and I can see the entire number in the data - so this is probably not a Qualtrics issue per se. I have set the embedded variable type to be either 'text'
