Hi everyone!
Our organization is going down the path of exploring how to share insights on a more systematic level across the company. The key objectives are to create a common understanding of our consumers and marketplace, and to humanize our consumers, so that ultimately we are creating better products and services. Does your organization do this effectively? Specifically, how are insights shared, how often, in what format? I'd love to hear what works well and what doesn't. Thank so much for your ideas!

Data is definitely the key to being successful. I know that is a generic statement, however the data needs to be disseminated and available for review. With the Qualtrics Application, we use Triggers to email stakeholders the moment a survey is completed. We also provide real-time reporting to our stakeholders so they can view both summary and details.
