Our organization is going down the path of exploring how to share insights on a more systematic level across the company. The key objectives are to create a common understanding of our consumers and marketplace, and to humanize our consumers, so that ultimately we are creating better products and services. +21Data is definitely the key to being successful. I know that is a generic statement, however the data needs to be disseminated and available for review. With the Qualtrics Application, we use Triggers to email stakeholders the moment a survey is completed. We also provide real-time reporting to our stakeholders so they can view both summary and details.
