Hi all, I'm using an imported spreadsheet of NPS survey results in Stats IQ. I have categorized the NPS comments in a column in the spreadsheet. Originally, I had the different categories listed in multiple columns, since sometimes a person will talk about multiple topics in a comment. However, that wasn't a useful way to have the data coded to bring into Stats IQ, so I created (with a formula) a column that is a semicolon separated list of the topics in the original topic columns. Stats IQ isn't parsing that column as I'd like. Same issue with a comma separated list. Here's an example of one cell in my spreadsheet where the respondent mentioned multiple topics in their response: Product quality; Support quality Stats IQ sees this as a single value instead of two values, so I have a sample size of 95, but 74 distinct categories. Any cell with multiple categories like the one above is being treated as a whole and is not split into the proper categories. Is there a better separator
Are any of you deploying a cookie notice using Site Intercept / Website App Feedback? Our Marketing team created a notice for use on our Wordpress-based sites, but we have some customer-facing sites that are backed by other tools and thus we can't use the same methodology. Our standard notice uses an "I Agree" button that closes the notice. Is that something I can do in Qualtrics? Or is my only option for a close trigger to use the default "x" element? I'm also interested in anything anyone can share about how you've configured your intercept settings for this particular use case.
Hi all, Having a bit of trouble with Research Core... When I preview my survey, a question that's of type = graphic does not display, and the image shows as broken. I can see the image when I'm editing the survey. I did this: 1. In Research Core, open survey in edit mode 2. Add question type = Text/Graphic 3. Choose Type = Graphic 4. Click Choose a Graphic 5. Upload a jpg (900x168 px) 6. Select the newly uploaded jpg. (The graphic displays properly in survey edit mode.) 7. Click Preview Expected result The survey previews and the graphic is displayed Actual result The survey previews, but the graphic does not display. There's a "broken image" icon and the image file name instead of the actual image. In order to test permissions on the graphic itself, I grabbed the direct link to the file and opened it in an Incognito window. I am able to view the image. Any ideas on what's up?
