Hello all, Current situation We receive customer database and survey invites get sent out through Qualtrics. Along with the contact information we receive a lot of other useful information like 'region', 'customer type' etc. as embedded data fields. Challenge faced Some of the data fields are not updated in the data that flows through for surveys. Eg. - There may be blanks or may be incorrect data at times. However, business is able to share such data subsequently (after responses have been captured). So the way we currently analyse this is by downloading the completed responses from Qualtrics in excel, then do a Vlookup to match it with the updated information recieved for each respondent and subsequently analyse it manually. Just wondering what are the average response rates we see for online B2B CX surveys? Background of our project Vendor-Supplier relationship. High level of interaction through ordering, receiving deliveries, enquiry handling and account manager visits. We have set up contact rules to ensure that the same customer does not receive more than one survey in less than 42 days. Current response rates: 6% - 8% We are looking at boosting the response rates but would first like to understand what is the average.
Hello all, We are planning on resolving all open tickets within 5 working days and would be tracking the progress through the Ticket report page. However, it seems that the time calculated by the platform includes weekends as well. Is there any way to exclude weekends from the 'average resolution time' calculation? Thanks!
Hello all, We are receiving the transaction date in the format YYYY-MM-DD in the database we use to send out surveys using automation. We are using the date field in the survey to give context to the respondent. However, we would like the date to appear in the format DD-MM-YYYY in the survey for display purpose. Is there any way this can be achieved? Thanks!
