Hi folks,

My name is Sean Jordan. I'm a full-time marketing researcher in St. Louis and also a member of the faculty at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in the Master of Marketing Research (MMR) program, teaching Qualitative Research. (I'm also an alumnus of this great program!)

I've been using Qualtrics since I was a student 10 years ago and am a passionate promoter of the platform, even joining the Ambassadors program a few years back. I use Qualtrics for just about everything I can, and I'm always looking for new ways to use it. I've attended four of the five summits (including this year's X4). I've also gone through four certification levels (the old Bronze-Silver-Gold and the new CX) and will continue to do certification classes until I've got them all covered!

I'm here because I enjoy talking Qualtrics. If I can be a resource to anyone, please let me know!

Hello Qualtrics Community, I'm Miranda. I work for ARAG Legal Insurance as a Customer Insights Analyst within Customer Experience. While most of my role involves measuring customer satisfaction I also work on a lot of interdepartmental research projects and any project that involves a survey component. Prior to my current position, I used Qualtrics while in graduate school at Iowa State University and used it to survey consumers about curbside recycling which was incorporated into my thesis about the same topic.

Hello everyone, I'm Liz. I work for Cook Children's in Fort Worth, TX. I am a Program Analyst for the Center for Children's Health. We focus on community interventions and research for topics like child maltreatment, oral health, obesity, asthma, etc. I have been at Cook Children's for 9 years and we have been a Qualtrics customer since 2011! I LOVE Qualtrics and completed my Silver Certification two years ago. I just leveled up to Research Core Expert at this year's X4 Summit. I only missed the first Summit because I had just given birth to my son. I'm a die hard fan and love the inspiration and creative ideas I get each year.

My name is Mike and I'm from Red Pepper Software! I am a Full Stack Developer and I focus on both Pure Qualtrics projects, as well as Hosted Solution assisted Projects (using custom Web Applications to interact with Qualtrics Surveys).

I enjoy creating Custom Dashboards and helping people hash out their ideas!

Hello, i am Heather and i work in the Office of Undergraduate Research at NC State University in Raleigh, NC. I have been using Qualtrics for about 4 years, but self taught and so only in a very basic capacity.
I just completed the Core training and I am excited to join everyone at X4 to see what Qualtrics can really do. I have so many ideas of how i want to use it and now just need to learn how.

Hello everyone! My name is Kristy and I work for Canada Post in Toronto, ON. We have only been with Qualtrics since June 2017 and it's been an absolutely great experience so far. I'm fairly new to the research survey world, and am trying to soak in any knowledge I can. It has taken me a bit to work my way over to the Qualtrics community, but I'm glad I'm here now. Looks like this space will be a great sounding board as I continue to learn about survey methodology and how best to set our website up to gather meaningful insights beyond "where's my package"!

I am Katie and I work for an integrated logistics company, ArcBest, based out of Arkansas. I have been with the company almost four years and have worked on our Employee Engagement surveys for the past three years. We have recently started using Qualtrics in the past 6 months and are excited to see what we can do with the platform.

I am the Qualtrics Administrator at my company and have been using Research Core for three years. Our company provides Pest Control Services throughout North America and we also provide Office Interior Landscaping through our sister company of Ambius. I have obtained both Bronze and Silver Certification.

Hi all,
My name is Matthew Mikkelsen, and I work at the American Dental Association in Chicago, where I am the Qualtrics Brand Administrator for a group of 30 users. I've worked with different online survey tools for 14 years to support the institutional research needs of the Commission on Dental Accreditation, and after flirting with using Qualtrics several times, my organization came onboard one year ago. I have degrees from Michigan State University and Loyola University Chicago, and am looking forward to attending the Summit again next week!
