I’ve been using Qualtrics for a couple of years now running surveys for our customers so that we can feed this into our variety of stakeholders across the business. A major focus of mine is translating tourism data and research findings into relevant, accessible and actionable reports, so a lot of my time is spent trying to force Qualtrics’ reporting features to do what I want. I’ve ended up resorting to a patchwork of Qualtrics, google docs, and Datawrapper.de, but am looking forward to doing more with Flourish and other data viz tools. I’d love to talk to anyone else also focused on data viz!

Hello Everyone,

My name is Anne Marie Murphy.  I currently live in Ireland and am a visiting Assistant Professor at the University of Illinois at Chicago.  I work on racial, ethnic and class disparities in women’s health.  We are currently reestablishing a statewide mammography quality program and we use Qualtrics for data collection.  I would like to understand the platform better so that I can utilize it more and so that if any one team member is out we are not stuck.  I plan on getting some of the certifications.  I lived in Chicago for 18 yrs but moved home to Ireland as my parents are aging and need some TLC.  So now I work remotely.

I look forward to learning from everyone.

Hi everyone!

My name is Natasha and I am a Project Manager working with privately held family businesses at BanyanGlobal Family Business Advisors! We are HQ in Boston and have an office in Brazil.

We have been using Qualtrics since 2019. We changed platforms from Survey Monkey to Qualtrics to allow us for a wider range of capabilities in designing and producing surveys and survey data.

Our primary use case is for onboarding our clients by sending a in-house designed alignment survey to gather data about the owners alignment on particular business ownership issues as well as other issues that are unique to family owned businesses. 

I am the Brand Admin on our account with eight other users. I do not yet have the certification, but I plan on achieving it!

My name is Sergio. I am CX Specialist at Vocé (LATAM Qualtrics Partner). My role in Vocé consists of being the strategic partner of companies that want to design a customer experience (CX) measurement and management VoC program and align these definitions with Qualtrics technology.

I have been in contact with Qualtrics for over 5 years. Previously I was a Qualtrics user as a client implementing the VoC program in a Retail company. Now, in Vocé, i belong to the consultant team offering CX services to clients as a Qualtrics partner.

So far I have achieved the Qualtrics certifications of XM Scientist and Engagement Manager - CX. and my goal is to continue learning every day about experience management at a comprehensive level, learning about employee, brand and product experience with a focus on market research.
