Learn how our newest Superuser, @AdamK12, gets the most out of the XM Community
Meet Adam (AKA @Adamk12), an Analytics Lead at the National Library of Medicine/SCI Group, and our newest Superuser! After joining our community in 2018, Adam quickly became an integral part of both the XM Community and the XM Professionals Network. We asked Adam to share his expertise and help members optimize their use of the XM Community. This is what he said:
1 | Engage with other XM Community members
Don't be afraid to dive into the Unanswered Section to answer and ask questions, or to invite other members (through @mentioning their usernames or upvoting the Questions) if you can only get the asker part of the way there.
2 | Make your use case / question as broad as possible
Whenever you can, phrase your question and use case in the most general way possible. This avoids mentioning anything that is proprietary, but also makes it as generalizable as possible, which can lead you to the best possible answers.
3 | Be an authentic data analyst, visualizer, & insight generator
Don't hold back on talking about your practice or what works (and doesn't work) for you. The only "bad" questions are those that aren't asked!
We value your feedback and would appreciate your thoughts on this quarter’s newsletter. We will use the suggestions you leave in this feedback survey to improve future newsletters!
