I'm currently one of two Qualtrics administrators at our school district and my goal for 2023 would be expand our usage of surveys and dashboards. Momentum is picking up quickly as we keep exploring different uses and abilities Qualtrics has to offer. I help support 23 school sites K-12 for roughly 12,000 students and we are working quickly to train users in creating and understanding the power Qualtrics provides!

My goal is to host workshops for the new faculty and show them what we are able to do with Qualtrics. Most of them are used to a different system, and I always find it so fun when they see just how much Qualtrics can do! It will save them time and I know they will be happy in the long run!

I recently added a new position on my team AND lost a key member, so I'm starting the year hopeful to fill these two positions ASAP. My goal is to get through on-boarding these 2 new team members while staying afloat with our regular day-to-day and continue working towards all the goals we have set for our team! Wish me luck!

My goal for this year and to work on creating documentation for all of the projects I've set up in Qualtrics so that other members of my team who aren't as familiar with Qualtrics are able to understand how each of our surveys work.

I am getting back to health... since covid my activity levels have been on a downward slump. I am changing that this year to keep up with my daughter.
So I got a coworker to help with my accountability, set a time allocated to moving however that may be and a fitness tracker... and I am off and going.

Happy New Year, Qualtrics Community! 🎉 I plan on apply for, hopefully getting in, and starting grad school in public health this year! 🤞 Took me 15 years to land on a graduate program, and I think I'm finally ready to hit the ground running!

Good morning from a rainy Sweden!
My goals for 2023 is absolutely getting that promotion I've been working on setting up for the last year or so. Then I want to finish that CoreXM certification that I've been trying to get around to finishing for a while now, hope to be certified before January ends.
If given the time I would like to understand Java Script some more and also try and get SAFe certified.
Lastly my goal is to convince higher management that I NEED to go to X4 in March. We'll see how that goes.

oh, and on a personal note. My goal is to pick up running again. Especially since we (me, wife + neighbors) happened to sign up for a 10k run in May during New Years eve dinner. So I need to get back out on the roads. 🏃

In the daytime, I'll obtain Core and EX Expert certifications. This will enable better use of emerging project/program overlaps as Journey (Candidate and Employee) capabilities continue to grow.
In the nighttime, I'll finish my workshop with my own two hands so that I can open a new chapter in my life of wood and metal fabrication. I want to be skilled and ready to build hard goods for people that need them.

My goal for 2023 in Qualtrics is to streamline how we report weekly metrics. I need a way to provide reports to multiple squads on their progress on KPIs and right now I'm doing too much manual work! Basically, I want to wake up on Monday morning to a fresh view of my KPIs filtered in a way that satisfies my stakeholders without needing to resort to a bunch of transcribing numbers from a dashboard or spreadsheet into a different format. Fingers crossed that I actually make it happen!

Great question, and I've enjoyed reading responses. As far as my goal(s) for the year:

  • I have largely worked in statsIQ/textIQ/dashboards/simple programming. I'd like to become more proficient in programming (complex programming) and in sample/contact management, so that when my dyad is out of the office or swamped, I can take tasks off her plate more easily so as to alleviate her stress and keep the programs we have in flight running smoothly.

  • I am excited to mature our BX program and link its results to our patient experience program. Hoping to aid with a survey redesign in Q1 and analysis as soon as Q2. But with a large organization...I'll be happy with having some results by EOY. 🙂
