As a quick gut check as well, you can preview your survey both in desktop and mobile view. Once you've clicked the blue "preview survey" button toward the top right side of your survey window and are in the preview screen, a yellow mobile phone icon should appear in the top right. That'll trigger a mobile phone version of the survey to also show up on screen - great for a quick comparison.
@lillianc - Is there a way to guarantee the 50/50 split at the block level? Or is it safe to assume with the randomizer at a gender level that it'll fall out evenly across genders?
Thanks so much - just tried this and it worked. However, I know we've been advised to use the legacy format due to zero filling issues - the majority of our projects do run into the zero filling issue, so I'm also curious as to if there's a solve there too?
Oh this is a really interesting question (If I'm understanding correctly, having a greyed out "Please tell us" or something like that in the blank prior to a participant filling it out?). I'd be really curious to know this too!
Hi All! I'm Rachel from THREE (three-group.com). I'm based out of our Raleigh, NC office where I work as an Associate, handling a lot of the day-to-day moving pieces of our project work. I use Qualtrics in my role for everything from survey programming to fielding to data manipulation, for a variety of project types (trackers, customer satisfaction, concept evals, etc.) I'm relatively new to Qualtrics (6 months), but have prior survey programming/field management experience on other platforms. I'm excited to share questions, ideas, and solutions with other members of the community!
