I think what you want to do is set the End of Survey action to redirect to the next (anonymous) survey. See: Redirecting Respondents to a URL

Yes, you can do this with javascript. All the recipient's responses, including scoring are available. You just need to populate the content of a text/graphic question to produce a custom report. You can use Google Charts or other free web graphing tools to create your charts. Note that you need to prompt the user to go to the Next page in order to capture any final data on the last question.
I've done this with mouselab; you need to call postmessage from your external site and then add an event listener in Qualtrics. See for example, this article.
After the last scored section, you need to prompt the user to go to the next page. Then, in javascript, do your calculations and call an external map function like Google's Radar Chart
You could do a variant of what Tom suggested but, instead of updating the timer when Next is clicked, set a timer and update it every, say, 1 minute. When the user navigates away from the page, the updates will stop, so the last time recorded will be correct within 1 minute.
Yes, I use Qualtrics for Exams with the anonymous link included in a Canvas assignment. The survey uses SSO so I get the userid of the student taking the exam/survey. At survey termination, instead of a canned message, I redirect to a URL, which, in my case, is a python script running on AWS. The script logs the completion and generates a "receipt" (that includes the Qualtrics response ID) to display to the user. Then it looks up that user's Canvas ID (using a CSV I uploaded to AWS) and generates an API call that masquerades as that submitting user and does an assignment submission. The "submission" is just a text string that is an encoded version of the url link to the script to request the receipt. The survey configuration is done with embedded fields that includes the Canvas course number and assignment number, both of which are needed to configure the API call. The net result is that after the student submits the Qualtrics survey, they see a confirmation receipt on their screen
I found 2 solutions to your problem: 1 - Survey Termination This method causes the custom ICS file to be automatically downloaded after the user Submits. This will replace any final message. At survey end, redirect to a full URL and use the webservice from Agical.io which generates ICS files on the fly. The base url is `http://ics.agical.io/` and the minimum parameters you will likely use are subject, location, start date/time (dtstart), and end date/time (dtend). For example, using these parameters: subject=Fourth%20of%20July location=Community%20Auditorium dtstart=2018-07-04T15:00:00-04:00 dtend=2018-07-04T16:00:00-04:00 the full url is: `http://ics.agical.io/?subject=Fourth%20of%20July&location=Community%20Auditorium&dtstart=2018-07-04T15:00:00-04:00&dtend=2018-07-04T16:00:00-04:00` Note that the Date/Times are in ISO format and, of course, you'd need to replace the values in the string with embedded field strings containing the event descript
The example code has: <code>const data = event.data.json</code> and you are using event.csv so, assuming "csv" is valid, you might need event<b>.data</b>.csv
Yup; same problem! I have some code that references the internal question number of the previous question. As I update/replace the source question, I need to change the question number in the code. Selecting the 2 digits of the number is almost impossible due to that cursor issue, so I too copy/paste/copy/paste with a text editor.
I've gotten burned by the recode values changing so I always review them before going live. A good feature would be either a "lock" on the coded values i.e. the numbers are locked by position regardless of content changes due to editing. Or, some sort of reset button which would automatically renumber the recode values starting with 1 [similar to the question renumbering tool].
