Hi Tony, May I check do you need to do this in a regular basis? If yes, I think import contact automation may be a better choice for you. You can link up the server to Qualtrics and it will automatically import the specify data in a specify period of time. You can find more information by this support page. Or if you are familiar with APIs, you can try this API as well. Hope can solve your problem!
Hi kevinmc, I checked the attached image and found that the rule that you circled is not a selected rule, which mean this rule is not activated yet. So I don't think it is the reason why your survey invitation cannot send out successfully or being skipped. "The number of days that need to pass before contacts can receive another message" means that the recipient can only receive new messages after passing a specific time. This is a function that help some user who don't want to disturb their customer so often. May I check if you are using a EX or CX plan? And do you have any custom directory rules? It will be great if you can share more information to us. Thanks.
Hi there, If the questionnaire is not that long, I would suggest manually type in all the questions because not all question type is allow to import in an advance format of txt file, and preparing that document I believe it may take much more time then you expected. If you only need to transfer the pdf or word doc to a txt file, believe that the "save as" function from Word can serve the purpose.
If I understand correctly, you are setting up a matrix table in something like below and you want to hide some option that you are not available. In Qualtrics we cannot hide a scale point for one of the statement. We can only hide a scale point for all statement. If you want to keep everything in the same question, you may need to investigate to use JS instead. Or if we keep it simple, we can break the question by days and hide the options by using display logic. Or you can use a calendar question + display logic instead. Hope can solve your problem.

https://community.qualtrics.com/XMcommunity/discussion/comment/33553#Comment_33553If you place the Javascript in look & feel -> Header, the script should work perfectly. However, wondering is it only my laptop issue or what, after placing mattyb513 Javascript in to my survey, it take much more time in loading, I still learning Javascript and thinking is it because I hide the language drop down list using below CSS? .LanguageSelectorContainer {display:none}
https://community.qualtrics.com/XMcommunity/discussion/comment/1588#Comment_1588Thanks for your sharing. Unfortunately seems Qualtrics has done some update so it's not work now. Wondering if you have any idea or update?
