Not aware of a way to do this through email, but you could do this through API by setting up an automated API process that calls qualtrics and loads your contact list into directory and sends surveys.

May I check do you need to do this in a regular basis? If yes, I think import contact automation may be a better choice for you. You can link up the server to Qualtrics and it will automatically import the specify data in a specify period of time. You can find more information by this support page.
