On inputting questionnaires

@Skye: I believe the import feature only allows certain question types to import. I'm not 100% sure. If questions are not supported you will have to manually type them in Qualtrics.

If the questionnaire is not that long, I would suggest manually type in all the questions because not all question type is allow to import in an advance format of txt file, and preparing that document I believe it may take much more time then you expected.
If you only need to transfer the pdf or word doc to a txt file, believe that the "save as" function from Word can serve the purpose.

I ran into the same problem when I started using Qualtrics. Unfortunately, PDFs can’t be imported directly, and even Word files sometimes need to follow a very specific structure for Qualtrics to recognize the questions properly.

What worked for me was using an external converter that generates Qualtrics-compatible .qsf files straight from Word/PDF/image/qsf/advanced — for example, the one at https://piraiai.com/convert-now . It takes care of the formatting part automatically, so you don’t have to rebuild everything manually.

Might be worth a try before typing all the questions in again!
