Hi Gauri,When you say it is not working, do you mean it is not recording in your Qualtrics dataset? I'm a bit of a novice with javascript, but based on the code in your question it does not appear that it is doing anything with the timestamp other than storing it as a javascript variable. If that is the issue, take a look at this similar question that has been resolved. Scroll down through a few of the responses to see a potential explanation.
https://www.qualtrics.com/community/discussion/comment/34676#Comment_34676You may have tried this already, but I was able to resolve this issue by instructing a respondent to allow cookies in their web browser. Hope this help!
Even after whitelisting the IP addresses for the Qualtrics servers, I occassionally hvae respondents who do not receive an emailed survey invitation. Depending on the email provider your respondent is using it may also end up in a folder called "Clutter".As Jen alluded to, you can access an individual's survey link by downloading the Distribution History. You could then send the link directly to the respondent.
Hi KatharineS, I am"following" the Weekly Product Release Notes, but I am not receiving any email updates. In my Notification Preferences I have enabled Email for all items I thought were relevant in the "General" section. Do you know which item I need to allow Email notifications for in order to receive the Weekly Product Notes by email?
I recently was contacted about an error message nearly identical to the one you posted. After some trial and error, I found out that the respondent had cookies blocked in their web browser. Allowing cookies resolved the issue in my case.
